I store the following information for up to 2 days:
- Date and time of the request (timestamp)
- Client IP address (may be anonymized)
- Requested URL or relevant parts (path; query omitted if sensitive)
- HTTP method (GET, POST, HEAD, etc.)
- Response status code (e.g., 200, 404, 500)
- Request and response size in bytes
- HTTP headers or selected header fields (request and response)
